“ El Sella de Polanco is much more than an elegant location: it's a well-executed homage to the tradition of bar, plate, and after-dinner conversation. Here, the Jabugo is served with respect, the gulas (eggs) with shrimp are pure indulgence, and the meat jus honors the old-school bar scene. The black potato tortilla is tender and juicy, just as it should be. The cabrito (goat)—not available at the Doctores branch—is worth a visit in itself. And the chamorro... that chamorro deserves a separate chapter: whether served in a taco or with a knife and fork, in my opinion, it's the best in the city. If you're looking for unpretentious authenticity, but with a high level of execution, you'll find it here. ”
“ El Sella is a guarantee of flavor, tradition, and quality food. The best of its kind in Polanco. And, in the Reforma-Polanco area, it's right next to Cuchilleros, which is another fantastic place. Back to El Sella. I highly recommend the paella, the tapas, the blood sausage, and the Serrano ham croquettes. There's no way you can't eat delicious food there. The service is also excellent.
